NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PEAK’S ICECREAM LAND DEVELOPMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors and Delaware Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the Peak’s Ice Cream land development and conditional use on the 14th day of August, 2024, at 7:15 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328. The purpose of the hearing is regarding the proposed construction of a new 2,560 sf ice cream store on a 1.94 acre parcel owned by Dennis O’Brien at the southeast corner of Route 739 and Dingman Court across from Dingman Beverage also known as parcel no. 136.00-02-46.021. The project is located in the Commercial Zoning District and an ice cream shop (fast-food restaurant) is listed as a conditional use within the commercial district in accordance with the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance.
The land development plans can be reviewed in their entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
