Public Hearing Regarding Cable Franchise Renewal for Delaware Township
Notice is hereby given that Delaware Township will hold a public hearing regarding cable franchise renewal. The public hearing will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328. Citizens are invited to testify. The purpose of the public hearing is to review the past performance of the cable operator, Blue Ridge, and to identify the future cable-related community needs of the Township. PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing to amend Ordinance 110 and Ordinance 901 on the 8th day of July 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328. The purpose of the hearing is to amend Ordinance 110 and Ordinance 901 to regulate Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Use.
