Board of Supervisors on January 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.; Planning Commission on January 6, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., and Delaware Township Board of Auditors on January 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The Auditors meeting will be held via zoom only. If the public would like to attend, please submit the request to
The Regular Meeting for the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will be held on January 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., preceded by the Workshop at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Delaware Township Municipal Buildings, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328.

2026 Proposed Budget

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2026 Delaware Township proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Delaware Township Municipal Offices located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania and accessible via the Delaware Township website: www.delawaretownshippa.gov. The budget will be available for public inspection from November 24, 2025 until December 15, 2025 during the usual business hours with anticipated adoption at the Board of Supervisors regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING FOR EVERGREEN SELF-STORAGE DINGMANS FERRY, LLC LAND DEVELOPMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors and the Delaware Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the Evergreen Self-Storage Dingmans Ferry LLC land development and conditional use on the 9th day of July, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328. The purpose of the hearing is a land development of a 5-acre wooded, vacant lot to provide additional secured self-storage facilities . The parcel is located along SR 739 on parcel no. 136.00-02-45.002 owned by Evergreen Self-Storage Dingmans Ferry, LLC. The project includes the construction of four (4) one-story buildings containing a total of 151 storage units (31,450 sf total) and a 10’x30’ office building. The site will be secured by fencing and an automatic gate. The proposed storage unit structures will be located in the Commercial Zoning District which requires a conditional use in accordance with the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance.
The land development and conditional use plans can be reviewed in their entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing regarding the 1560 West LLC Conditional Use application on:

The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposed change of use of the structure located at 104 Atlantic Avenue, Dingmans Ferry, PA, also known as Parcel No. 136.00-02-46.001, from a restaurant to offices exceeding 1,000 square feet. The property is owned by 1560 West LLC.
The proposal includes dividing the existing structure into two separate units:
- Unit 1: First and second floors
- Unit 2: Basement
The property is located within the Commercial Zone, where office space exceeding 1,000 square feet requires conditional use approval under the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance.
