NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AND DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE WILD ACRES LAKES PROPERTY CLUBHOUSE PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors and Delaware Township Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the Wild Acres Lakes Property clubhouse preliminary land development on the 8th day of January, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328. The purpose of the hearing is regarding the demolition of the existing 8,120 square foot clubhouse and approximately 30,000 square feet of existing impervious and gravel area and the construction of a new clubhouse having an area of 9,905 square feet with 17,200 square feet of impervious surface on a 16.15 acres parcel owned by Wild Acres Lakes Property and Homeowners Association. The project is located at 100 Clubhouse Lane also known as parcel no. 168.04-09-90 and is in the Residential Zoning District.
The preliminary land development plans can be reviewed in their entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Public Hearing to Amend Ordinance 602
NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND ORDINANCE 602 MODIFYING THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO SUPERVISORS WHO ARE ELECTED OR RE-ELECTED AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2024
The Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to amend Ordinance 602 on Wednesday, December 18. 2024 at 7:15 p.m. in the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA. The purpose of the hearing is to amend Ordinance 602 to modify the amount of compensation to be paid to Supervisors who are elected or re-elected after December 1, 2024 in accordance with Act 94 of 2024 which sets forth the parameters for the compensation of supervisors of townships of the second class.
Ordinance 602 can be reviewed in its entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
2025 Organizational Meeting Dates
NOTICE
Organizational Meetings for Delaware Township are scheduled as follows:
Board of Supervisors on January 6, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.; Planning Commission on January 7, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., and Delaware Township Board of Auditors on January 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The Auditors meeting will be held via zoom only.
The Regular Meeting for the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will be held on January 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., preceded by the Workshop at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Delaware Township Municipal Buildings, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328.

CPA to replace Auditors - 2024 FY Audit
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors intend to appoint Kirk, Summa & Co, LLP, a certified public accounting firm, to perform the 2024 fiscal year audit in place of the elected auditors. Said appointment will take place at the January 6, 2025 organizational meeting held at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.

Public Notice- FY 2025 Proposed Budget
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Delaware Township proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Delaware Township Municipal Offices located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania and accessible via the Delaware Township website: www.delawaretownshippa.gov. The budget will be available for public inspection from November 25, 2024 until December 16, 2024 during the usual business hours with anticipated adoption at the Board of Supervisors regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
