NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND ORDINANCE 602 MODIFYING THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO SUPERVISORS WHO ARE ELECTED OR RE-ELECTED AFTER DECEMBER 1, 2024
The Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to amend Ordinance 602 on Wednesday, December 18. 2024 at 7:15 p.m. in the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA. The purpose of the hearing is to amend Ordinance 602 to modify the amount of compensation to be paid to Supervisors who are elected or re-elected after December 1, 2024 in accordance with Act 94 of 2024 which sets forth the parameters for the compensation of supervisors of townships of the second class.
Ordinance 602 can be reviewed in its entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
