Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take notice that the Delaware Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a variance pertaining to a commercial property located on Route 739 in Dingmans Ferry, Pa. 18328 in the Route 739 subdivision.  The applicant is requesting relief from Section 110.7 of the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance concerning a “Use Not Provided For.”

Specifically, the applicant seeks a variance to allow for a commercial truck parking lot.

The property description is Lot 29186, Tax map # 149.00-01-31.  The owner is Williams Well Drilling, LLC.

The Public Hearing will be held on October 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm in the hall at the Delaware Township Municipal Building, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pa 18328.
