Please take notice that the Delaware Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal from a zoning officer decision pertaining to a commercial property located at 527 Silver Lake Rd. Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 in the SIlver Lake Road subdivision. The applicant is requesting relief from Section 110.7 of the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance concerning a commercial use not provided for; specifically, operation of a U-Haul business.
The property description is Lot 28728, Tax Map ID# 148.00-02-07. The owners are Melissa Davis and Ronald Jagger.
The Public Hearing will be held on April 11, 2024 at 4:30pm in the hall at the Delaware Township Municipal Building, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328.
