NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors intend to appoint Kirk, Summa & Co, LLP, a certified public accounting firm, to replace the auditors. Said appointment will take place at the January 7, 2019 organizational meeting held at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.
