Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 7:15 p.m. in the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328, the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Delaware will hold a public meeting to consider enacting the following:
ORDINANCE 800-1 OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND BLUE RIDGE CABLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. D/B/A BLUE RIDGE COMMUNICATIONS.
A copy of the full text of the ordinance may be examined at the address set forth above, during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
