PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that the Delaware Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal from the zoning officer decision pertaining to a commercial property located at 1596 Route 739, Dingmans Ferry, Pa. 18328 in the Dingman Plaza subdivision. The applicant is requesting relief from Section 110.7(A)(3)(a) of the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance concerning a commercial use not provided for.
The property description is Lot 3, Tax map no. 136.00-02-50. The Owner is Dingman’s Fuel Transfer Corp.
The Public Hearing will be held on November 10, 2022 at 4:00 pm at the Delaware Township Municipal Building, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry Pa 18328.
