PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that the Delaware Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a variance pertaining to a residential property located at 105 Snow Shoe Drive, Dingmans Ferry, Pa. 18328 in the Wild Acres Lakes subdivision. The applicant is requesting relief from Section 110.7(B) of the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance pertaining to property setbacks. Specifically, the applicant seeks a variance to allow for the construction of a residential addition within the side yard setback.
The property description is Lot 3, Section 6, Block 603, Tax map no. 175.02-02-44. The Owners are Thomas and Carol Anne Genduso.
The Public Hearing will be held on November 10, 2022 at 5:30 pm at the Delaware Township Municipal Building, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry Pa 18328.
