PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing to amend Ordinance 2012-14 the 12th day of September 2018, at 7:15 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328. The purpose of the hearing is to amend Ordinance 2012-14 section one to state “Township funded recreation events.”
Ordinance 2012-14 can be reviewed in its entirety at the Delaware Township Municipal Office located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF DELAWARE TOWNSHIP PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND ORDINANCE 110 ZONING AND ORDINANCE 901 DEFINTIONS ADDING MEDICAL MARIJUANA
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Delaware Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing to amend Ordinance 110 and Ordinance 901 on the 22ND day of August 2018, at 7:15 p.m., at the Delaware Township Municipal Building located at 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania 18328. The purpose of the hearing is to amend Ordinance 110 adding Marijuana Facility Uses as a conditional use and to amend Ordinance 901 to include medical marijuana definitions.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that the Delaware Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing to consider an application for a variance for a single family detached dwelling in the Marcel Lake Estates Development, Residential Zone. The applicant requests relief from Section 110.15, D of the Delaware Township Zoning Ordinance. Section 110.15, D prohibits the increase of a non-conforming structure; therefore, the expansion of the existing, non-conforming deck is not permitted.
The property description is Lot 14B, Section 5, Block 504, Tax Map No. 148.04-01-29. The owners are Robert Heyward and Vincenza Heyward.
The public hearing will be held on August 30, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the hall at the Delaware Township Municipal Building, 116 Wilson Hill Road, Dingmans Ferry Pa 18328.

REQUEST FOR PROPROSALS FOR DEMOLITION OF PARK CABINS
Delaware Township is seeking proposals from qualified demolition contractors to demolish four (4) cabin structures and remove trash and debris from Akanac Park in Delaware Township, Pike County, PA. Blocks and concrete to be staged for Delaware Township Public Works to haul away. All grounds to be raked and seeded with hay.
The bid sum price shall include all labor, materials and other expense necessary for the contractor to complete the project, including but not limited to acquiring a demolition permit, tear-down and removal of all structures, removal of all trash and debris from the site, disposal at a certified landfill, and final grading and seeding of the disturbed area. The Township intends to award a single contract for all four (4) structures.
Demolition to commence on October 1, 2018 in the following order;
118 Good Shepherd Lane
114 Good Shepherd Lane
112 Good Shepherd Lane
126 Abbey Lane
Contractors must maintain liability insurance in an amount and form satisfactory to the Township, with the Township named as an additional insured. In addition, the successful contractor must maintain workers compensation insurance in accordance with state law, and provide proof of compliance, or proof exemption.
Contract Award: The Township anticipates awarding the Contract to the lowest Qualified Bidder Based upon the low price for the Bid. The Township reserves the right to reject all bids and not award the Contract.
